The sun is starting to go down as they walk through the city.
The streets are calmer now, and the day feels almost finished.
John looks around, then at Sarah, with a relaxed expression.
“Today was a good day,” he says.
Sarah smiles and agrees.
“Yes, it was. We did a lot of things.”
They walk side by side, taking their time.
“I liked the restaurant,” John adds.
“The food was really good.”
Sarah nods, remembering.
“Me too. And the weather was perfect,” she says.
“It was sunny and warm.”
They pass by a bus stop, and John glances at it.
“And the bus was on time,” he says.
“That helped a lot.”
Sarah laughs softly.
“Yes, everything was easy today.”
After a short pause, she looks at him again.
“What did you like the most?” she asks.
John thinks for a moment, but this time he answers more naturally.
“I think I liked the conversation,” he says.
“We talked about many things.”
Sarah smiles, clearly happy with the answer.
“I liked that too,” she says.
“I also liked talking about hobbies and free time.”
They keep walking, now more comfortable and relaxed.
John looks ahead and continues.
“And talking about yesterday was interesting,” he says.
“It’s good to remember things and talk about them.”
Sarah nods slowly.
“Yes, it helps a lot,” she says.
“I feel more confident now.”
They slow down as they reach a quieter street.
John looks at her with a friendly smile.
“Me too,” he says.
“I think my English is getting better.”
Sarah smiles back.
“It is,” she says. “We are improving step by step.”
