“I worked in the morning, and in the afternoon I met a friend.”
John looks interested.
“Oh, that sounds nice,” he says.
“Where did you meet?”
Sarah adjusts her bag as they walk.
“We met at a small café near my house,” she explains.
“We talked for a long time.”
John smiles.
“That’s good,” he says.
“I like spending time with friends too.”
They pass a small park, and Sarah glances at it.
“What about you?” she asks.
“What did you do yesterday?”

“I stayed at home in the morning and did some work,” he says.
“Later, I went out for a walk.”
