He looks at the menu, but he does not understand much.
A woman near the door notices him.
She smiles and says, “Hello.”
John smiles back.
“Hello,” he says. “I am John.”
“I am Anna,” she says.
They talk for a few minutes.
Anna speaks slowly, and John starts to feel more comfortable.
Now the city does not feel so strange.
